These entree’s can be either plated or buffet style. Some items work better than others on a buffet and should be a consideration when deciding on food choices. This is only a partial list of some of the many dishes that come from our talented kitchen. Don’t see anything here that suits you, but have an idea of what you want? We’re always happy to work out new ideas and the chefs love to cook!
